The society today is widely dependent on their phones for daily use. Without proper control and usage, it can affect our sleeping patterns and increase the dereliction of responsibilities. Dr. Oscar Oviedo-Trespalacios, the study’s first author, used the phrase ‘technoference’ which is everyday intrusions and interruptions that people experience due to mobile phones and their usage.
