However, the children were beneficiaries of a separate policy and the nurse, Sarah McNary, caused the settlement to be dragged out and fought with her actions. VA nurse Sarah McNary and VA Secretary Robert Wilkie are the defendants being charged with violation of privacy, slander and infliction of emotion distress.
