The attack occurred in Jammu and Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Friday. After Indian forces were alerted about the militant’s presence in the area, they rounded up to be able to capture them. Civilians had to be rescued as the hideout was too close to their homes. In the gunfight three militants were killed and some of Indian forces were injured.
