A joint operation by the Indian Army, India’s Central Reserve Police Force, and Kashmir police led to the death of three terrorist militants. The Lashkar-e-Taiba terror group was targeted and their commander, Sajad Haider, was taken out as well. The raid took place in the Kreeri, Pattan region of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district. Defense forces had quickly taken action after the terror group attacked a checkpoint where three security force personnel were also killed.
