During the 990s Bosnian war, Ratko Mladic led the armed forces during the massacre of Bosnian Muslims. He was sentenced to life in prison in 2017 on 10 different accounts, and others have called for him to found guilty on the genocide against Bosniaks and Croats. His court hearing is largely taking place over Zoom after being put off due to his health concerns and the coronavirus pandemic.
