While fitness gyms are still closed during COVID-19, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts may be the better option. This involves a short time of 30 to 60 seconds of high-intensity series of exercises followed by a minimal rest. Many studies have validated its key health benefits like burning more calories than regular cardio training.
