Leaders are encouraged to have open communication with their people to align it to the individual’s aspirations and organizational goals. Leaders must create regular and consistent trust-building conversations through which employees can be heard by their leaders, give them the freedom to make decisions, respect the way they do things, and be accountable for the results of their choices.
