Gen. Charles Q. Brown Jr. Was officially installed as the 22nd Air Force Chief of Staff on August 6th. This day does not only mark new leadership, but Brown will be the first African American to take the position. This is the highest rank in the Air Force. Several officials showed up to the ceremony and expressed honor and confidence on Brown.
