Afghanistan and Pakistan say 22 die in border clashes | Reuters

A recent border clash between Afghanistan and Pakistan left 22 dead. At least 15 of them were civilians crossing the border for a Muslim festival. 31 were brought to receive medical attention for bullet wounds. According to Pakistan, Afghan Forces opened fire into a crowd, but numerous civilians and protestors on scene told Reuters that Pakistan troops had actually fired into the crowd first.
