The Pentagon’s AI Center is implementing new projects to integrate commercial and government AI solutions for data analysis and joint information warfare. One part of these projects is to incorporate the science of NLP and speech-to-text. They developed a program called MADHAT — or Multidimensional Anomaly Detection combined with HPC, Analytics, and Tensors cyber operations — that allows for the exploration of network data as a way of enabling more effective detection of nuanced adversarial threats.
