In a tweet, Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Loesin released an image Tuesday of the letter written to the U.S Embassy retracting the previous decision to halt major military deals with the United States. According to Asian Review, they originally stopped the military deal because of China’s presence and “muscle” flexing in the South China Sea. However, according to the letter they have changed their minds “in light of political and other development’s” This decision is supported by the Philippine’s President Rodrigo Duterte.
