California State University and San Francisco State have both announced that their fall semesters will be held online due to the coronavirus. SF State President Lynn Mahoney has commented that while many schools are waiting until June to announce their fall semester plans, she believes there are too many concerns regarding the virus to wait any longer on a decision. Many students and parents are concerned about whether or not they should pay full tuition for an online learning experience if their university decides to remain online.
