Some countries are beginning to ease coronavirus lockdown restrictions despite the warnings of a second wave and an increase in cases. India has resumed train services since they were closed down in March despite seeing almost 3,600 new cases on Monday. Russia has also begun to ease up by allowing construction and factory workers to go back to work. The top epidemiologist in the U.S. Anthony Fauci has warned about the hospitalizations and deaths that will occur in the U.S. if people go back to work and school this soon. This goes against what President Trump is hoping to do in order to reopen the country after unemployment rates have hit levels not seen since the Great Depression.
