Even though the creation and testing of coronavirus vaccines have been moving at extreme speeds, they are still promising availability dates that are not realistic. Some companies are claiming their vaccine will be ready in the fall because they will get an emergency basis pass. However, there isn’t enough evidence that this will actually come to pass, and even if it did there are concerns about effectiveness and the number of vaccines available. Also, depending on the vaccine manufacturing them could take much longer than expected. Brand new brick and mortar facilities could have to be erected before production could begin.
