Advisers with Special Operations Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve have been using drones to record training exercises for Iraqi security forces. Special operations troops with the anti-Islamic State coalition are maintaining social distancing while still fighting the war on terror. These remotely piloted aircraft take a video of the training which is then reviewed by the special operations forces in order to provide feedback and direction for the security forces. A special operations partner-force adviser currently in Iraq has said the drones being used are similar to ones you can buy off a shelf with added capabilities, but the model name and the units utilizing them cannot be shared. They are also using teleconferencing to support the Iraqi troops and provide insight into missions.
