The remote northeastern Heilongjiang province in China may be the location for the start of the country’s second wave of the coronavirus. However, new clusters of coronavirus cases have begun to spring up in the more remote areas. The Heilongjiang province now has at least 386 known active cases with symptoms. Government officials are claiming many of these cases came from Chinese nationals who had returned from Russia.
