While home buying and selling has decreased these past couple months due to the coronavirus pandemic, it is still possible. Social distancing has thrown a wrench in showing homes and has made sellers more nervous to allow others inside their house. One positive aspect for buyers is that they will face less competition. Many people are holding off on buying a home, and sellers are uneasy about the state of the economy. However, you will also have to tour many homes virtually. While technology has allowed for tremendous image and video capabilities, it just is not quite the same. Also, while there is less competition there will also be fewer options.
