Now those who are being affected by mental health concerns have been met with an online answer. As more people are seeking care and regular in-office visits have been cancelled, health facilities have been creating online meetings. Virtual mental health options have seen a rise in use and need, and it may continue after the pandemic is over. However, this does create a new set of concerns such as the insurance of privacy and miscommunication if the appointment occurs over a chat message.
