A memo has been sent out to NFL teams stating that this year’s draft will be done virtually from everyone’s homes. “Clubs will conduct their draft operations remotely, with club personnel separately located in their homes. We will reopen facilities when it is safe to do so based on medical and public health advice, and in compliance with government mandates,” stated NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell. The draft will take place April 23rd to 25th following the closing of all team facilities on March 26th. Goodell also noted that they want all teams and personnel to follow social distancing guidelines so their normal work can resume as soon as possible.
