While the coronavirus pandemic is far from over, European countries are already considering how they can move forward. Reopening businesses and schools too soon in order to stimulate the economy could cause another wave of infection. Lawyers and economists in Germany are currently evaluating the next steps the country should take that include an overall health care goal and preventing an economic depression.
