The world’s largest standing army, the China’s People’s Liberation Army, has continued to report that they are coronavirus free. On March 3rd China announced in an official military publication that their military had no confirmed COVID-19 cases and have yet to say anything different. Unnecessary gatherings and personal movement have been limited for both military and police force members in order to slow the spread. Chen Jingyuan, the health division director of the Logistic Support Department, has said that the virus has improved the military’s readiness. Many people are skeptical of the zero cases claim due to how quickly and easily the virus spreads.
