Analysis: Defense stocks may take years to recover from COVID-19 | Air Force Magazine

Must Read

Experts are saying it may take several years for defense companies and stocks to recover from the coronavirus. Many companies have taken a hit of at least 30%, and the national debt is on the rise. It is also unclear how long the pandemic is going to last, as well as how long it will keep interfering with societal aspects such as travel. More thought is also going into what defense budgets may look like in the future as everyone recovers from the virus, with experts saying a fight in the Pacific won’t be happening any time soon. Companies are also taking different approaches, such as Northrop Grumman, who has announced they are planning to sell more than $2.2 billion in bonds.
