While gym closures and social distancing rules may seem to spell the end of your routine, this provides an opportunity to get more creative. Instead of thinking about it as an excuse or defeat, look at the scenario as if you were back in the field, on a sub, or deployed to a FOB. You often had to come up with workout regimens in smaller spaces with less equipment.
