With recent laws loosening up on the regulations of CBD in athletic competitions, is it worth the hype? The first thing to consider is that the research on CBD is minimal, it is still too new. Also, anything that claims to be a cure-all should be taken with a grain of salt. While some runners and athletes claim CBD has changed their life and workout abilities, there are others who say it didn’t seem to do anything for them. If you are considering trying CBD for your fitness routine, it is recommended to start out small at around 25mg or less a day and going from there.
