Amazon has announced to their sellers that they will be blocking all shipments of items that are not deemed necessary or most popular. Medical and household supplies will still be stocked however, until greater shortages begin to take place. These categories have also seen a huge surge in the number of orders since the pandemic began, and the measures being taken are designed to allow the company to keep up with demand.
