Part of Elon Musk’s success can be attributed to the fact that he does everything fast; he refuses to work slow. He also knows that one day mankind will reach Mars, and he is determined to be first and make that window. One of his companies, SpaceX, has been going on a hiring frenzy as it looks to build spacecrafts faster and more efficiently. The South Texas Launch Site more than doubled the number of workers in less than 48 hours, and they started the next day. The facility focuses on building and designing new spacecrafts, as well as testing out new technology. Eventually, and sooner rather than later, Musk wants to reach a point where SpaceX is putting out one Starship a week and then shipping it and humans off to Mars.
