If all goes according to the peace agreement signed in the capital of Qatari, all U.S. and NATO troops will have withdrawn from Afghanistan by the end of 14 months. The treaty was signed by Taliban leader Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar and U.S. peace envoy Zalmay Khalilzad following a successful seven-day period of reduced violence.
