The U.S., China, and Europe have been battling for dominance of the Artificial Intelligence world as technology continues to advance. Erik Brynjolfsson, director of the MIT Initiative on the Digital Economy, has commented that the next ten years could define technology and how the world interacts with it. New technology is being discovered and created at a faster rate than ever before, with China taking the lead in R&D with AI. These new ideas and the country that comes up with them will require three main things to succeed: big digital investments, rapid business process innovation, and efficient tax and transfer systems.
