Former Dallas Cowboys player acquitted in 100 million Tricare scam | Task and Purpose

Michael John Kiselak played for the Dallas Cowboys in 1998 before being acquitted by a judge for health care fraud regarding pain and scar relief cream. Eleven other defendants were sent to trial in 2016 over allegedly violating the Anti-Kickback Statute and scamming Tricare for $100 million. Kiselak works for CMGRX LLC, which operates to provide military service members and their family with these types of creams.
