U.S. says concerned as Libyan conflict turning bloodier with Russian mercenaries: Official | Reuters

While the U.S. has tried to remain neutral in the Libyan conflict, Washington has become concerned with the use of hybrid warfare and Russian mercenaries joining the fight. Wagner forces and mercenaries have been reported fighting on the ground, as well as the use of drones and other aircraft. This has begun to intensify the conflict and raise the body count. Since April, Haftar’s Libyan National Army has been attempting to take Tripoli, but claims they have yet to make their final advance.
