Parachute training, operations still suspended following Hurlburt death | the DESTIN log

The Air Force has continued to suspend parachute training and other operation training in the wake of Staff Sgt. Cole Condiff’s death at the beginning of November. Condiff had an “unplanned parachute departure” when he fell out of a C-130 over the Gulf of Mexico. Spokeswoman Capt. Angelica Epperson has said the training is currently suspended until investigations look into safety equipment, and procedures have been thoroughly reviewed.
