Multiple foreign armed groups involved in Libya conflict: UN | Al Jazeera

Libya has been full of conflict and civil war since 2011 when Muammar Gaddafi was killed by rebels. Following reports of Russian mercenaries getting involved in the fight, the UN has now reported the involvement of Sudan and Chad groups fighting on both sides. Five Chadian and four Sudanese armed groups were named, adding several thousand more troops to both sides of the war. The report also mentioned that materials and military products made by the U.S, China, and Russia were being used in the fighting but were not supplied directly by the countries.
