The Multinational Special Aviation Programme has been jointly opened in Croatia by Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, and Slovenia on December 11th. Representatives from each participating country, including Croatian Deputy Prime Minister Damir Krstičević, were in attendance at the opening ceremony. Academic training at the site will begin in 2020, with flight training starting in 2021. Located in Zadar, the training center is near several geographic settings, such as islands and mountains.
