Anyone who is looking to boost their productivity for work or being more creative should find out when their productivity and innovation peaks. While some people are larks, those who work best in the morning hours, others are night owls and prefer the evening times. Most people fall somewhere in the middle. Those who are more effective and seem to accomplish more in a day work their schedule around their most productive hours. In order to identify when your peak performance is, record each thing you accomplish during every hour, how difficult it seemed, your focus level, and the environment you were in. At the end of each week, go back and assess your notes in order to see where and when you were able to accomplish the most work.
