Military drills and trainings are being conducted in a joint effort by China and Saudi Arabia. Some U.S. officials believe this will lead to China selling weapons to Iran, despite the tension in the Persian Gulf. China recently announced the Blow Sword 2019, a joint naval exercise between special forces with Saudi Arabia that would last for three weeks at the King Faisal Naval Base. Officials say the operations will increase trust, strengthen capabilities, and improve the training experience.
