Air Force advises airmen against using products containing cbd oil | Air Force Times

Must Read

The Air Force has sent out a reminder that CBD products are still off-limits to military personnel. Since CBD oil is derived from marijuana, despite being marketed as free of THC, trace amounts can still be found in the products. Even if someone only uses the CBD products, they can still test positive on a urinalysis for marijuana use. If an airman resides in one of these states, a positive result on a drug test could end his career. A study done by the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine was also detailed, where results showed that only one third of CBD products tested actually contained the amount of CBD they claimed.
