Canines are becoming more prevalent in the military and law enforcement agencies throughout India. These highly skilled dogs are used search for drugs and explosives, locate evidence, search for missing people, and accompany special forces troops on missions. While German Shepherds and Labradors were original choice, the CRPF has recently been focusing on the Belgian Shepherd.
