David Boreanaz gifted the CBS Seal Team cast a trailer packed with training equipment and workout machines that reflects the grit of the members. An actor himself, Boreanaz has played the roles of several intense TV characters and keeps his body conditioned to both look the part and portray true fighting ability. Seal Team is a show dedicated to accuracy as it tells the story of the Navy SEALs’ Tier 1 operators as they complete missions and deal with the aftermath. In order to play the role of the team leader, Boreanaz follows an exercise routine that imitates the aggressive drive of his character and requires a high level of endurance. During training, he is constantly moving from one activity to the next to combine cardio and muscle building at one time. The whole crew works hard to stay in shape just like the real SEALs do, but Boreanaz in particular has to embody someone who never takes the easy route.
