Russel Graff was recently sentenced to 52 months of prison for several offenses including unlawful possession of machineguns, selling weapons to Afghan nationals on the black market, and scheming to steal government property. Graff, a Sergeant First Class in the US Department of the Army, pleaded guilty to the charges. It was discovered that he lacked permits for all of his firearms and used any money he earned from selling them to buy house, pool, and vehicles.
