Lawsuits over 401K dissatisfaction are rising. While some programs have improved due to the legal action, others have been called out for making poor investment choices which results in fees that are much too high. By making their base workers make the investment decisions instead of managers, 401K companies often produce subpar results. However, index funds, whose stock funds tend to be much lower, may be the solution to the problem that two out of three adults face right now.
