Fallen Army Ranger called an enduring inspiration | Bucks Country Courier Times

Capt. Connor Bednarzyk, of Buckingham, is remembered as a selfless leader by loved ones as his body is returned to Bucks County. The U.S. Army Ranger was killed in a vehicle accident while stationed in Georgia on Sept. 7.

It was nearly impossible to know Connor Bednarzyk without feeling inspired by him.

But even that wasn’t a requirement.

First-year Central Bucks High School East principal Lori Gallagher-Landis didn’t know the 2011 graduate personally, but in talking with those who were close to him, she wishes she had.

“I truly feel like I’ve missed out on someone special,” Gallagher-Landis said during a phone interview Monday.
