Jordan Armed Forces on Monday announced the launch of the 10th Annual Warrior Competition at the King Abdullah II Special Operations Training Center (KASOTC).
Jordanian special forces showed landing, counter-attack and anti-hijacking at the opening ceremony which was held near the suburb of the capital Amman.
A total of 40 teams representing 25 countries are taking part in the competition which is held from April 30 until May 7.
Teams of elite special forces, military and law enforcement units from all over the world usually take part and compete in the Annual Warrior Competition’s decennial.
Two teams from Chinese People’s Armed Police Forces participated in this year’s competition as well, comprising 20 members.
