Navy SEAL Workout And Basic Fitness Requirements To Join (Video) | FHM

I’m not particularly well-versed in the different divisions of the armed forces. Don’t get me wrong, I support the troops to the fullest, I just don’t necessarily know by basic definition what makes someone a Navy SEAL. This is, of course, when the internet comes in handy. If you share in my predicament, I got your back. As per the ever-helpful Google search:

“The United States Navy’s “Sea, Air, and Land” Teams, commonly abbreviated as the Navy SEALs, are the U.S. Navy’s primary special operations force and a component of the Naval Special Warfare Command.”

Well, that’s not too complicated, now is it? Moving forward, turns out being a Navy SEAL is really, REALLY difficult (thank you, Captain Obvious). The fitness requirements are completely and utterly insane—even the “minimum” requirements make the average in-shape person look like Mama June before she lost all the weight.
