The History Channel has unveiled an intense new show aimed at capturing the rigor, essence and experience of training to become a US Navy SEAL, Green Beret or Army Ranger.
Trained and combat tested Special Operators put “regular people” candidates through realistic, rigorous training – to see who “gets through it” and “who quits.”
1) Scout Warrior – What do you think is the hardest part for the participants?
Bert – I think the hardest part for these participants is the mental aspect of the process. Overall, I think it is far more difficult than the physical aspects, which are not easy by any means. These are civilians with zero military background and they’re being thrown right in to 22 hour days of challenging events. They are essentially spending days on end completing a 22-hour endurance event each day.
