Terrorist attacks like the one in Berlin will continue to happen if the U.S. plays defense, former CIA Director James Woolsey said Tuesday.
“This is all going to happen again and again and again as long as we keep playing defense,” Woolsey told “Fox and Friends.”
Woolsey, who is currently serving as an adviser to President-elect Donald Trump, compared the U.S. fighting terrorism to playing in a hockey game.
“It’s as if we’re in a big, really important hockey game and we deploy our entire team as goalies. We’re going to lose,” he said.
