Operation Entebbe as told by the commandos: The fight outside (part 4) – Jewish Business News

Seven minutes after the first Lockheed C-130 Hercules plane landed in Entebbe, the other three planes that made the journey to Uganda began touching down as well. One of the forces aboard these planes was made up of four armored vehicle and was commanded by Shaul Mofaz, who would later go on to become the IDF chief of staff and the minister of defense, but at the time was still a young major.
